From pre-deal advisory (buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes) to the execution of the purchase agreement and integration post-deal. We however do not perform M&A work : we don’t seek out potential buyers or sellers and usually step in once they’ve been identified

Interim CFO projects

Design and implementation of financial tools for activity tracking and decision-making, adjusting the control environment to the shareholders’ demands, as well as ad-hoc financial projects
